A little help with your journal.

Start a journal

Tap +, name your subject and choose a template. Add observations with a date, optional photo, note and measurements.

Make a report

Tap Export PDF, choose a date range and report sections, then preview before sharing or printing. Charts connect recorded values; they do not fill in missing measurements.

Keep a backup

Use the backup icon to export all journals and photos to a file you control. Restore imports additional copies. Files are not encrypted by Growfolio: store them securely and share only with trusted recipients.

Delete your data

Delete an observation using its bin icon. To remove all local records and retained files, clear Growfolio’s app storage in Android settings. Delete any exported copies separately.

Measurements

Growfolio records measurements you enter; it does not measure your body, interpret growth or recommend a target weight. Growfolio is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Profiles and purchases

Your first five profiles include all journal features. To add more, open Profiles and purchases and choose the one-time unlimited unlock. Already purchased? Choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google Play account. Your journal backup does not include your purchase. If a payment is pending, wait for Google Play to confirm it. Existing records remain accessible.
